Your role:

  • Provide a hands‑on, high‑quality support service
  • Encourage customers to develop daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning, shopping and community involvement
  • Promote social inclusion and help customers build confidence, resilience and self‑esteem
  • Work with agencies on behalf of customers, encouraging choice and acting as an advocate when needed
  • Maintain a safe environment and follow relevant regulations and practices
  • Caring, approachable nature
  • Ability to keep accurate records and share information clearly with the team
  • Excellent communication skills to build positive relationships with customers, families and agencies
  • Experience working effectively as part of a team
  • Positive and accepting approach to customers whatever their needs
  • NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards it
  • Proficient technology/IT skills (Microsoft Office and similar)
