Your role:

  • Carry out site repairs and maintenance efficiently to keep everything running smoothly
  • Identify maintenance issues and arrange specialist support when needed
  • Complete planned tasks such as decorating and routine building checks
  • Maintain safe and secure environments, including occasional gardening duties
  • Act as the main point of contact for contractors on site

Experience:

  • Experience in maintenance or a caretaker role
  • Ability to identify and carry out repairs safely using tools and light machinery
  • Good customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and a full UK driving licence (desirable)
