Your role

  • Provide a personalised cleaning service that meets customers’ needs
  • Keep communal and service areas clean, comfortable and safe
  • Use housekeeping equipment responsibly and maintain standards
  • Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies when needed
  • Experience in housekeeping or domestic duties is helpful but not essential
  • Caring, approachable and compassionate attitude
  • Enthusiastic and flexible approach
  • Basic literacy and numeracy skills
  • NVQ Level 2 in Hospitality and Catering or willingness to work towards it
