Bank Care Team Leader

Lime Tree Court Residential Care Home, 108 Ettingshall Road, Bilston, Wolverhampton, West Midlands WV14 9UG

£14.60 per hour

Hours as and when required - day and night shifts available

Role Overview: As a Care Team Leader, you will manage daily resident needs with compassion and support Care Assistants' development. Your responsibilities include providing personalized care, facilitating leisure activities, and ensuring a supportive environment.

Skills Needed:

  • Teamwork and a positive attitude
  • Experience in care; NVQ3 in Social Care (or SVQ3 in Scotland) desirable
  • Good communication skills and flexibility
  • Respect and dignity for older people
