Bank Care Team Leader

Role Overview: As a Care Team Leader, you will manage daily resident needs with compassion and support Care Assistants' development. Your responsibilities include providing personalized care, facilitating leisure activities, and ensuring a supportive environment.

- Experience in care; NVQ3 in Social Care (or SVQ3 in Scotland) desirable
