Role Responsibilities:
- Assist the Chef Manager in preparing diverse, quality menus for residents
- Promote and monitor food hygiene and safety standards, conduct risk assessments, and maintain kitchen cleanliness
- Engage daily with residents, visitors, and colleagues in a friendly, approachable manner
- Experience in catering and a valid food hygiene certificate are required
