Administration Officer
Glasgow
£28,376 – £29,870 per year
40 hours per week – Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 17:00pm
We have an opportunity for an Administration Officer to join our Property Services Administration team, based in Glasgow. As an Administration Officer you will be supporting our operational teams by providing efficient and comprehensive support and administrative service.
The role of Administration officer will include:
- Delivering, improving, and maintaining effective and efficient administrative systems
- Monitoring of shared mailbox
- Supporting maintenance operational staff, ordering uniform, and arranging travel
- Maintaining effective electronic filing systems
- Raise purchase orders and good receipting of invoices
- Identifying any shortfalls in service delivery and ensuring they are dealt with appropriately, including investigating and responding to complaints
- Supporting with HR and contractor framework meetings and recruitment of new staff
- Accurate and precise data input to trackers (Excel)
- Organise and track team meetings
Skills and experiences:
- Proven experience undertaking a similar role within a maintenance environment
- Proven experience of working to deadlines and prioritising workloads, both for self and others
- Ability to work independently and use your own initiative as well as part of a team
- Ability to multitask and be proactive
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good interpersonal and customer care skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams and Power Point
