Overview
The role of Catering Assistant will include:
- Helping to prepare meals and drinks, following food hygiene standards
- Working with customers, families, advocates, and staff to ensure a high standard of services
- Undertaking general duties as assigned, such as maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen, communal areas, and customers\’ flats
- Identifying and reporting potential faults and hazards on site, to maintain a safe environment
- Maintaining stock levels, restocking as required and ensuring equipment is used in line with guidance notes
