£13.49 per hour • Hours as and when required
Role: Assistant Chef at Sanctuary Care. You will work with the Chef Manager to prepare a varied set of quality menus for our residents, promote and monitor food hygiene and safety standards, carry out risk assessments and maintain a clean kitchen. You will have daily interaction with residents, visitors and colleagues and should be friendly, approachable and passionate about care.

- Promote and monitor food hygiene and safety standards, carry out risk assessments, and maintain a high standard of kitchen cleanliness.
- Interact daily with residents, visitors and colleagues in a friendly, approachable and professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with catering operations and food safety requirements; prior experience in a catering environment and a valid food hygiene certificate are required.

- Valid food hygiene certificate (required).
