As a fixed term contract, you will support with the wider digital attraction team with screening and candidate management within our Client Delivery to ensure that we deliver strong results for our clients. You will get stuck into real live projects from early on.
Day-to-day activities include:- Clearly explaining job details and guiding candidates through next steps.
- Communicating the recruitment process to candidates.
- Supporting the team with candidate management for their specific client campaigns.
You will have the opportunity to help Sanctuary build long-term relationships with our candidates, ultimately acting as a support network to assist them with any issues throughout the application process.
