Responsibilities
- Business Targets & Excellence: Assist in achieving business targets and maintaining high standards.
- Flexibility & Creativity: Be adaptable and bring forward innovative ideas.
- Credit Control: Ensure timely collection of rents and other payments.
- Database Administration: Keep ownership and tenancy records accurate and updated.
- Approvals & Compliance: Handle landlord-tenant issues and ensure compliance with lease obligations.
- Service Charges: Manage service charge budgets and ensure compliance with standards.
- Legislation Compliance: Adhere to health, safety, and other statutory requirements.
- Tenancy Events: Manage rent reviews, lease renewals, and other tenancy-related matters.
- Property Management: Maintain property appearance and compliance through regular inspections.
- Operations: Work with external providers to ensure high standards.
- Dilapidations: Handle dilapidation issues.
- Stakeholders: Liaise with stakeholders, lenders, landlords and other third parties as required.
- Compliance: Comply with corporate policies and regulations, statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Customer Care: Ensure high communication standards with customers; develop an understanding of customers’ needs and expectations for your area of responsibility.
Be able to adjust approaches based on customer feedback and embrace technologies and process that enhance customer experience. Be able to work cross-functionally with other departments within the business to deliver a seamless service to our customers. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, being able to build relationships with customers and other stakeholders.
