Who are Sanctuary Grads & Apprentices?

We’re Sanctuary Graduates & Apprentices - an award‑winning team specialising in early careers and diversity recruitment. Our job is to help employers connect with the brightest graduates, interns and apprentices, and to make sure opportunity is open to everyone. What is the Role?

As an Early Careers Recruitment Account Manager, you will play a vital role in leading graduate, intern, and apprentice recruitment campaigns for top‑tier clients across a variety of industries.

This is an end‑to‑end recruitment role with an operational focus (no business development involved). After our sales team onboards a new client, you will manage the entire process, from strategy development and marketing to candidate selection, assessment centre facilitation, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Own and manage multiple client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations.
  • Provide consultative advice on recruitment strategy, attraction methods, and selection processes.
  • Lead client briefing meetings and update clients on campaign progress with actionable insights.
  • Present weekly reports on campaign performance and recruitment metrics.

Campaign Planning & Attraction Strategy

  • Design and execute bespoke recruitment campaigns that meet client objectives.
  • Develop compelling job descriptions and marketing content to attract top candidates.
  • Work with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver high‑impact marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to optimise engagement and conversions.

Candidate Selection & Screening

  • Design efficient selection processes tailored to client needs.
  • Conduct high‑volume candidate screening and manage virtual interviews.
  • Support clients with assessment centre design and facilitation, ensuring candidates are well‑prepared.

Data, Reporting & Problem‑Solving

  • Track all campaign data and maintain accurate records of applications, engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Prepare and present data‑driven reports to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify innovative solutions to recruitment challenges, ensuring continuous improvement.

Experience Required

We are looking for individuals with previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or account management, ideally with a focus on early careers recruitment or high‑volume roles. Candidates should have:

  • Experience managing end‑to‑end recruitment processes – From attraction and marketing strategy to selection and client management.
  • Experience working with clients and senior stakeholders, providing consultative advice on recruitment strategies.
  • Strong organisational skills, capable of managing multiple recruitment campaigns and deadlines.

Who is Best Suited to the Role?

We are looking for individuals who demonstrate the following:

  • Bring Your A-Game & Stay Positive – Approach every task with energy, enthusiasm, and a winning mindset.
  • Client‑Focused & Relationship‑Oriented – Build strong relationships with clients and candidates, acting as a trusted partner.
  • Organised & Detail‑Oriented – Manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently, ensuring accuracy at every stage.

  • Proactive & Innovative – Think creatively to solve challenges and continuously improve processes.
  • Strong Presenter & Influencer – Deliver data‑driven insights with confidence, influencing client decisions.
  • Empathetic & Candidate‑Focused – Ensure a positive candidate experience while promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Why Should You Apply?
