Responsibilities: As a Regional Manager you will be working with a team of established Care and Nursing Home Managers, ensuring we consistently provide a high-quality care and support service to residents at our Residential and Nursing Homes across the West Midlands. You will be a key player within the organisation, responsible for growing and developing your region, while delivering the highest levels of occupancy across all homes. You will lead to drive compliance with company policy, procedures and regulatory requirements. Additional responsibilities include providing full support to your teams to recruit, train and motivate staff, foster sustainable links with local authorities, monitor budget performance and ensure the ongoing achievement of KPIs. You will have extensive management experience in the Care Home industry, with sound analytical and administrative skills. Ideally you will be qualified to at least NVQ / QCF Level 5 (or equivalent). A full, valid driver’s licence is required and a car allowance will be provided due to the amount of travel involved. Proven experience at senior manager level is essential and you will be on-call out of hours (rota basis).
