Responsibilities
- Support the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of Regent
- Help lead a team of care professionals with passion and commitment
- Form strong relationships with staff, residents and their families
- Be a pivotal presence in the home to support its success
- Work alongside the Home Manager to lead by example
