Base Pay Range
Registered Nurse – Days
Location: Wantage Nursing Home, Garston Lane, Wantage, Oxfordshire, OX12 7AR
Hourly rate: £22.37 per hour
Hours available: Up to 44 hours available – Alternative Weekends
Welcome bonus: Up to £3,000 when you join Sanctuary Care. Relocation packages are also available.

Responsibilities
- Work together as a team to enrich residents’ lives and support colleagues
- Provide high‑quality personalised care in line with individual care plans you prepare and monitor
- Communicate regularly with residents, families and staff verbally and in writing
- Conduct comprehensive, systematic and accurate nursing assessments of the physical, psychological and social needs of residents
- Support residents, families and colleagues with kindness, dignity and respect
Qualifications
- Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council
- Experience in a clinical setting
- Strong communication skills and flexible approach
- Kindness and genuine care for older people and their needs
- Proficient in applying the Nursing Process to formulate initial diagnoses, collect data and prioritise care
- Experience in infection control, nutrition, moving and handling, wound care, phlebotomy and drug administration
