We’re hiring a Peripatetic Home Manager based in London, East and Home Counties. Competitive salary plus car allowance.

Your Role

  • Provide supportive leadership across homes that need interim management
  • Ensure personalised, high-quality care in line with individual plans
  • Maintain safe, compliant and well‑run environments across each home
  • Build trusted relationships with residents, families, colleagues and local communities
  • Support homes to achieve strong performance, stability and continuity of care

Your Skills

  • Management and clinical experience gained across at least two nursing homes
  • Strong operational understanding and a calm, people focused approach
  • Confidence in leading teams through change and supporting different homes
  • NMC PIN desirable but not essential
  • Must have CQC Registered experience for Good and Outstanding homes
  • Full driving licence and ability to travel across regions when needed
