Your Skills
- Management and clinical experience gained across at least two nursing homes.
- Strong operational understanding and a calm, people focused approach.
- Confidence in leading teams through change and supporting different homes.
- Valid NMC PIN.
- Full driving licence and ability to travel across regions when needed.
