The predicted salary is between 44000 - 60000 £ per year.

Covering Scotland, with a focus initially on Dundee and Edinburgh. 35 hours a week – to include evenings and weekends as and when required. £47,919.12 per annum rising to £50,244.12 after 12 months satisfactory performance plus car allowance.

Responsibilities

  • Our Business Development Managers are integral to the success and sustainability of our business – supporting our care homes to maintain and increase self-funder occupancy and income whilst having an up-to-date view on what our competitors are offering within the areas that we operate.
  • Reporting into the Lead Business Development Manager, you will work collaboratively with our Regional and Home Managers as well as the central Marketing and Enquiry Team.
  • You will ensure we’re able to run successful marketing campaigns, creating and maximising enquiry pipelines – building strong relationships with key stakeholders and the local community – to enable us to remain the provider of choice.

Qualifications / Skills

  • Proven success in consultative sales, backed by a positive attitude and strong initiative.
  • Strong business sense with sharp sales and marketing acumen.
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to meet evolving business needs.
  • Committed to delivering results while maintaining a client-focused mindset.
  • Qualified to Degree level or with knowledge and ability at an equivalent level in a sales related environment is essential to succeed in this role.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Word and Excel (or similar).
  • Delivering relevant training is required so strong communication skills are essential.
  • Travel is a requirement for this role; therefore, a full, current driving license is essential.

Your Job

  • 25 days annual leave (rising to a maximum of 30 days) plus bank holidays.

  • Salary is £44,192.04 with a policy allowance of £3,727.08 totalling £47,919.12 per annum.
