As a Home Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day to day running of Fernihurst, leading a team of care professionals and delivering the highest standards of care to residents. You will form strong relationships with staff, residents and their families and your presence in the home will be pivotal to its success. Work as part of Sanctuary Care's network of homes to support a culture of teamwork and quality care.

    You will have previous experience in a nursing setting, along with strong operational management experience. You should hold a valid NMC Pin. A current driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential.

    If you have lived or worked overseas, you may be required to provide an overseas police check. Any costs incurred for this will be reimbursed once employment has commenced.
