Your role:
- Support the Home Manager with the day-to-day running of the home
- Lead and guide colleagues to deliver personalised, high-quality care
- Build trusted relationships with residents, families and colleagues
- Take an active role in social and leisure activities that enrich daily life
- Help shape a kind, positive and supportive culture across the home
Your Skills:
- Clinical experience in a nursing setting
- Valid NMC PIN
- Supportive leadership style that brings out the best in others
- Warm, approachable and able to build strong relationships
- Confidence working as part of a team in a busy care environment
- Full driving licence, with access to a vehicle desirable
