Care Nurses Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care aligned with the NMC code
- Demonstrate exceptional clinical knowledge and competence using research-based practice
- Have excellent communication and record keeping skills
- Show a commitment to continuous professional development and lifelong learning
- Manage holistic care and emergency situations
- Lead a team of care professionals with kindness and compassion
- Work collaboratively with internal and external teams
- Support learning and development of clinical colleagues and student nurses
- Value and respect older people and their individual needs
