Your role

  • Lead and support Home Managers to deliver high quality care across your region
  • Grow and develop the region while driving strong occupancy levels
  • Ensure homes meet company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
  • Support teams with recruitment, training, motivation and performance
  • Build positive links with local authorities and monitor budgets and KPIs effectively

Your Skills

  • Extensive management experience within the care home sector
  • Strong analytical, organisational and administrative skills
  • Proven senior leadership experience with a flexible approach
  • NVQ or QCF Level 5 qualification, or equivalent, is desirable
  • Full driving licence and confidence travelling across multiple locations
  • NMC Registered
