Your role
- You’ll never be doing it alone. Our central recruitment, finance, sales, and marketing teams are here to take the pressure off, so you can focus on what matters most: championing exceptional care.
- Provide supportive leadership across homes that need interim management.
- Ensure personalised, high‑quality care in line with individual plans.
- Maintain safe, compliant and well‑run environments across each home.
- Build trusted relationships with residents, families, colleagues and local communities.
- Support homes to achieve strong performance, stability and continuity of care.
Your Skills
- Management and clinical experience gained across at least two nursing homes.
- Strong operational understanding and a calm, people‑focused approach.
- Confidence in leading teams through change and supporting different homes.
- Valid NMC PIN – Nurse Qualified.
- Full driving licence and ability to travel across regions when needed.
