Sanctuary 16 is seeking three compassionate Bank Residential Support Workers to join our team in Staines. We offer flexible shifts, with at least one Level 3 qualified worker and up to two unqualified staff ready to pursue the Level 3 Diploma within two years.
You will help maintain a safe, nurturing home where children thrive. Roles include day, late, and night shifts, with ongoing training, team culture, and wellbeing support.
