This is a senior high impact, hands-on leadership role with responsibility for site performance across warehouse and distribution operations. Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team, you will ensure consistent delivery across service, safety and productivity, while strengthening the site’s capability to support future growth.

ROLE PURPOSE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead all day-to-day site operations across warehousing and distribution
- Deliver against key performance metrics (service, productivity, accuracy, cost)
- Coach and develop teams, building a positive and accountable culture
- Identify and implement practical operational improvements
- Maintain high standards of health, safety and compliance
- Collaborate closely with the Supply Chain Director and wider leadership team
