We are now recruiting for an Internal Sales role based in our Head Office in Lisburn, UK to help support the growth and long-term plans of the business.
The Role:
- Outbound telephone and email sales promoting existing and new products, special offers and discontinued stock
- Upselling on telephone calls and maximising the value of the orders
- Create and review sales data drills and communicate the information with the Field Sales Representatives and Sales Office team
- Processing telephone and email orders
- Generate sales orders, sales quotations, invoices and statements
- Create purchase orders for one-off / special sales orders
- Liaise with customers to inform them of any price discrepancies on orders, stock availability issues and offer a suitable alternative product where necessary
- Internal sales support to the Field Sales Representatives
- Provide after sales support to customers, contractors, and end users
- Represent the company at trade shows and marketing events
Requirements:
- Pleasant and professional telephone manner
- Excellent communicator with the ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to use your own initiative and make informed decisions
- Experience of intact a distinct advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
- A desire to learn about our products and systems
