Job Description

We have a vacancy for someone to join our Ecommerce team at an incredible time to be part of our transformation journey at Sana Jardin. We’re a team with a challenging but interesting year ahead of us! We are looking to scale our DTC business in the UK & US and are seeking an exceptional Ecommerce Coordinator to focus on maximizing sales and visitor conversion across the websites. This includes effective site merchandising, content planning and detailed reporting analysis.

Job Location: Sana Jardin, SPACES, 25 Wilton Road, Victoria, London SW1V 1LW, United Kingdom

Contract type: Permanent, Full-time. Hybrid 

THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE

• Execute the successful merchandising of the DTC Ecommerce sites UK & US.

• Ensure all new products and offers go live on time, with the correct assets & offer mechanics tested.

• Ensure all PDPs are optimized with assets and copy based on industry best practice.

• Work collaboratively with the Head of Ecommerce and Marketing team to ensure that all keywords are optimised to maximise organic search results.

• Ensure all on-site content, assets and the product catalogue are managed correctly and in a timely way.

• Consistently audit and optimise the site to improve user experience, including onsite search, bestsellers, bundles, categorisation, filters, taxonomy. Refining the journey across multiple devices.

• Manage the DTC eCommerce promotions calendar ensuring all onsite promotions and activity are executed on time and are operating successfully and are tested end to end. 

• Ensure the trading calendar is kept up to date and followed on a daily basis, ensuring trading plans are communicated and supported effectively by various internal and external stakeholders.

• Report as needed on competitor activity and present this back to wider team for insight and action.

• Work with the Operations team to ensure sufficient stock for all skus and monitor this for effective replenishment and ensure OOS are accurately reflected on the front end 

• Manage development agency to resolve site bugs and testing of new functionalities and site amends

• Work closely with our customer care team ensuring smooth resolution of any customer issues

• Regular site walks and subsequent work with the web agency to troubleshoot issues

• Assist with the digital marketing tasks as and when needed, including but not limited to; uploading of affiliate assets, email briefing and testing.

• Support team reporting requirements

WHAT SKILLS YOU WILL IDEALLY BRING

• Experience in an eCommerce merchandising role

• Experience of working with CMS (content management systems). Shopify is a plus!

• Exceptional attention to detail and highly organised

• Ability to coordinate multiple assets and campaigns at the same time

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders to achieve cohesion

• Positive, collaborative, can-do attitude

• Excellent communication skills

• Proficient skills in excel

• Experience of using Google Analytics or similar reporting platform

• Passionate about DTC eCommerce customer experience!
