£12.50 per hour Plus £2-£4 per hour service charge/tips.

We are looking for a very well-presented receptionist with a warm and welcoming attitude preferably with guest experience who can demonstrate diligence with a good respectful attitude and can communicate greatly with colleagues and guest.

About the Role of Receptionist

As a Receptionist you:

• Have a customer service driven attitude.
• Have the ability to follow rules and legislations and internal restaurant procedures.
• Must be focus and alert throughout your shift.
• Have the will to make any guest feel special during your shift.
• Have an enthusiastic well-mannered attitude with colleagues and guests to contribute to the overall great guest experience and team bonding.
• Have the ability to work under pressure.
• Will be mostly available during prime-time business needs which are usually evenings/weekends (we are flexible and considering everyones needs and requests).
• Have a good record of attendance and time keeping.
• Have a good standard of hygiene, personal presentation and grooming.
• To understand and comply with health and safety regulation.
