We are looking for a very well-presented receptionist with a warm and welcoming attitude, preferably with guest experience, who can demonstrate diligence with a good respectful attitude and can communicate greatly with colleagues and guests.

What we can offer the successful Receptionist candidate:

  • Rate: £12.50 per hour
  • Plus £2-£4 per hour service charge/tips
  • 28 days holiday

About the Role of Receptionist:

  • Have a customer service driven attitude
  • Have the ability to follow rules and legislations and internal restaurant procedures
  • Must be focused and alert throughout your shift
  • Have the will to make any guest feel special during your shift
  • Have an enthusiastic well-mannered attitude with colleagues and guests to contribute to the overall great guest experience and team bonding
  • Have the ability to work under pressure
  • Will be mostly available during prime-time business needs which are usually evenings/weekends (we are flexible and considering everyone's needs and requests)
  • Have a good record of attendance and time keeping
  • Have a good standard of hygiene, personal presentation and grooming
  • To understand and comply with health and safety regulations
