We are looking for a SALES minded ECOMMERCE MANAGER to take full responsibility of the ecommerce platform of our Client. With a digital marketing team around you, the candidate will implement the ecommerce plan.

THE ROLE

  • Full control of the VM and UX of the site
  • Working with internal/external team to make improvements and changes
  • Setting up the right reports to communicate relevant performance insights, analysis and information to the wider team
  • Constantly looking at ways to improve and optimise current processes/systems and ways to help improve the overall performance of the site
  • Responsible of the Magento platform
  • Focus on improving various metrics including; retention, click-through rate and bounce back rate
  • Provide input to marketing activities related to web presence, social media, branding, and PR
  • Provide input to logistics strategy

YOUR BACKGROUND

  • 2-5 years experience working in Digital Sales and Marketing role in the FMCG space
  • Natural entrepreneurial mindset
  • Experience working in a retail/FMCG trading environment
  • Magento platform experience and self-starter attitude
  • Comfortable multi-tasking and juggling competing/changing priorities
