Key Responsibilities

• Preparing and cooking food in your assigned section, such as grill, pasta, meat & fish, or pastry
• Ensuring all food preparation and cooking meet established recipes and quality standards
• Managing your section of the kitchen, including overseeing the work of commis chefs or kitchen assistants
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of your section, and proper equipment maintenance
• Collaborating with kitchen staff and management to ensure timely food preparation and service
• Adhering to company food safety and allergen policies
• Keeping accurate records of food inventory, preparation, and waste
• Respecting everyone and maintaining composure at all times

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 2 years\’ experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication skills
• Meticulous attention to detail, highly organized, capable of multitasking
• Proactive self-starter, able to work independently with good judgment and minimal supervision
