We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor, based in the stunning setting of our Head office in Manchester City Centre, responsible for our Northern region! Key Duties:

  • Support managers and employees across northern-region restaurant locations with day-to-day HR advice, guidance, and employee relations matters.
  • Advise on disciplinary, grievance, absence management, and performance procedures in line with company policy and UK employment law.
  • Work closely with regional and restaurant management teams to improve employee engagement, training, and overall people performance.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and help ensure consistent HR practices across all northern sites.
  • Assist with implementing HR initiatives, policy updates, and culture-focused projects.
