We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor, based in the stunning setting of our Head office in Manchester City Centre, responsible for our Northern region! Key Duties
- Support managers and employees across northern‑region restaurant locations with day‑to‑day HR advice, guidance, and employee relations matters.
- Advise on disciplinary, grievance, absence management, and performance procedures in line with company policy and UK employment law.
- Work closely with regional and restaurant management teams to improve employee engagement, training, and overall people performance.
- Maintain accurate HR records and help ensure consistent HR practices across all northern sites.
- Assist with implementing HR initiatives, policy updates, and culture‑focused projects.
