Key Responsibilities:
- Open your section and prepare for service.
- Manage multiple sections as needed.
- Prepare dishes according to company specifications at all times.
- Strive to meet ticket times and communicate effectively if delays occur.
- Support the Senior Chef during service for smooth operations.
- Prepare food based on prep lists.
- Close and clean your section, ensuring all prep is completed.
- Follow all health, safety, and food safety procedures and policies.
- Undertake any reasonable management requests.
- Maintain respect and composure in all interactions.
