Collaborating with other kitchen staff and restaurant management to ensure that food is prepared and served in a timely manner Handling customer complaints or issues related to food quality or service Treat everyone with respect and remain calm at all times Required Qualifications & Experience: 2 year\’s experience in a similar role Team management experience Excellent communication skills Meticulous attention to detail, highly organised and capable of handling multiple tasks A proactive self-starter who can work independently with good judgement and minimal direction
