About the Role:

As a Social Marketing & Advocacy-focused Implementation Manager, you\’ll work with enterprise clients to optimize their social media operations and transform their employees into brand advocates. You\’ll combine technical configuration expertise with strategic advisory to design solutions that enable efficient social publishing, robust content governance, authentic employee engagement, and measurable business outcomes. This role requires both the technical skills to configure complex platform features and the strategic mindset to guide clients through organizational change and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently implement standard Sprinklr projects from start to finish, with specialization in Social Marketing and Advocacy module deployments
  • Configure and optimize Sprinklr platform features according to client requirements, particularly social publishing workflows and employee advocacy programs
  • Design and implement social marketing strategies including content workflows, publishing calendars, approval processes, and governance frameworks
  • Design and implement employee advocacy strategies including content distribution, gamification mechanics, and engagement programs
  • Identify and resolve implementation issues efficiently
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables for standard implementation projects
  • Train clients on platform functionality to ensure adoption, with focus on social team enablement and advocate program launch
  • Provide strategic guidance on social marketing best practices, content strategies, and advocacy program governance

Required Skills:

  • 3-5 years of experience in SaaS implementation, consulting, or professional services
  • Proven success in delivering Sprinklr implementation projects independently
  • Demonstrated experience implementing Sprinklr Social Marketing and/or Advocacy modules (minimum 2-3 implementations)
  • Understanding of social media marketing workflows, content governance, and publishing best practices
  • Understanding of employee advocacy program design, social selling principles, and gamification strategies
  • Strong problem identification and resolution skills
  • Effective client relationship management abilities
  • Technical aptitude with enterprise SaaS platforms
  • Experience with change management and driving adoption of social marketing tools
  • Live and have work authorization for the UK, Spain or The Netherlands

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of social media strategy, content planning, and multi-channel publishing
  • Experience with content distribution workflows, approval processes, and asset management
  • Familiarity with social analytics and measuring program performance (reach, engagement, conversions, lead generation)
  • Understanding of compliance and governance requirements for corporate and employee social sharing
  • Experience with internal communications and employee engagement strategies
  • Experience with other Sprinklr modules (Insights, Campaign Management, Advertising) is a plus
  • Background in social media marketing, corporate communications, or digital marketing

  • Certification in Sprinklr platform (if available)
