Lead the creative social vision and execution for Samy in the UK, shaping breakthrough social-first campaigns that blend creativity, culture, and strategy. You’ll oversee a high-performing team of more than 15 creative social specialists, driving excellence across ideation, storytelling, and performance.

Partner with top clients to craft bold, culturally relevant content strategies that grow engagement, brand love, and business results. As a key member of Samy’s leadership team, you’ll champion creative innovation, inspire teams, and position Samy as a global leader in social creativity and brand experience.

Creative & Strategic Leadership
  • Develop and implement pioneering creative social strategies that fuse brand storytelling, audience insights, and platform innovation.
  • Serve as creative lead and strategic partner for multiple clients across consumer, corporate, B2B, and B2C sectors.
  • Partner closely with Strategy, Data, and Performance teams to ensure creative excellence is grounded in insight and delivers measurable impact.
  • Push creative boundaries on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms—keeping Samy at the forefront of digital trends and cultural relevance.
  • Oversee creative development of social campaigns, ensuring ideas are executed with excellence, authenticity, and platform fluency.
Client & Business Leadership
  • Act as a senior client partner, providing visionary guidance, creative direction, and high-level strategic consultation.
  • Drive the creative component of new business opportunities and pitch development, collaborating with strategy and growth teams to win key accounts.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients and external partners, positioning Samy as a go-to agency for creative social innovation.
Team Leadership & Development
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary team of creative social experts, copywriters, and content creators.
  • Foster a culture of creative curiosity, collaboration, and craft excellence.
  • Champion continuous learning and experimentation, ensuring the team is always ahead of the curve in social innovation, tools, and creative tech.
Performance & Innovation

Technical Skills
  • 10+ years of proven experience leading social-first creative campaigns, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Deep understanding of social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, emerging formats) and the UK digital landscape.
  • Proven ability to deliver award-winning creative social work for both B2B and B2C clients.
  • Strong people management and leadership skills with experience growing high-performing creative teams.
  • Excellent client-facing and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire and influence at senior levels.
  • Expertise in integrating creative, data, and strategy to deliver business outcomes.
