Role Mission

To support the finance team by ensuring accurate financial record-keeping, processing daily transactions (invoices, expenses, and accounts payable/receivable), and assisting with monthly closings to maintain the integrity of the company’s financial data.

Key responsibilities

  • Process, verify, and reconcile invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments accurately and timely.
  • Assist with daily data entry, journal entries, and bank reconciliations to ensure financial records are up to date.
  • Help prepare financial statements, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analyses under senior guidance.
  • Organize and maintain digital/physical financial records while adhering to accounting principles and internal controls.

Skills & experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) and familiarity with accounting software (Net Suite).
  • Solid understanding of basic GAAP/IFRS principles, bookkeeping practices, and financial reporting.
  • High level of accuracy in data entry and a strong ability to spot discrepancies in financial records.
