Mission

As an Influencer Marketing Specialist / Account Executive at SAMY, you will play a key role in leading influencer‑driven campaigns from strategy to execution. You will transform brand briefs into impactful influencer activations, ensuring cultural relevance, creative excellence, and measurable performance. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong analytical capabilities, and deep knowledge of social platforms and influencer ecosystems.

Job Description

  • Strategic Campaign Development
    • Translate client briefs into high‑level influencer marketing strategies and creative campaign proposals.
    • Collaborate with strategy, creative, and account teams to define campaign objectives, KPIs, and storytelling angles.
    • Ensure influencer activations align with brand positioning and audience insights.
  • Influencer Selection & Management
    • Identify, evaluate, and select relevant influencer profiles across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels).
    • Build and manage influencer shortlists based on audience fit, engagement quality, and brand alignment.
    • Develop detailed content calendars and oversee content production to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance.
  • Campaign Execution & Performance Oversight
    • Monitor daily campaign performance and optimise based on real‑time insights.
    • Ensure timely delivery of influencer content across all campaign phases.
    • Identify opportunities to enhance engagement, reach, and conversion performance.
  • Event & Activation Support
    • Support influencer participation in brand activations, events, and experiential campaigns.
    • Coordinate logistics and ensure smooth collaboration between influencers, brands, and production teams.
  • Cross‑functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with booking, strategy, and data teams to improve negotiation processes and campaign efficiency.
    • Leverage social listening and insights to identify cultural trends and influencer opportunities.
    • Contribute to post‑campaign analysis and reporting with actionable insights.
  • Reporting & Insights
    • Aggregate influencer performance data and campaign results.
    • Deliver clear and insightful reports highlighting learnings, ROI, and optimisation opportunities.

  • Legal & Financial Management
    • Oversee influencer contracts, usage rights, and compliance requirements.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or digital campaign management.
  • Strong understanding of influencer ecosystems and social media platforms.
  • Advanced analytical and reporting skills with high proficiency in Excel or similar tools.
  • Ability to translate data and trends into strategic and creative recommendations.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and detail‑oriented mindset.

Experience
