Leads the development of high-impact creative ideas across multiple clients and projects.

Raises the creative standard of the team while mentoring others and ensuring strategic and executional excellence.

  • Lead creative development from brief to final idea.
  • Produce breakthrough social-first and influencer-first campaigns.
  • Challenge briefs and identify new creative opportunities.
  • Ensure ideas are platform-native and culturally relevant.
  • Lead the development of ideas with the ambition to compete at Tier 1 international creative festivals (Cannes Lions, D&AD, One Show, The ANDYs, Clio, etc.).
  • Deliver work capable of achieving shortlist recognition at leading international creative festivals.
  • Identify award opportunities across ongoing client work and proactively shape ideas to maximize creative impact.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong conceptual creative experience: Proven ability to develop big ideas and integrated campaigns from brief to execution, rather than focusing primarily on adaptations, always-on or production.
  • Social-first mindset: Strong understanding of social platforms and how creative ideas can be developed specifically for social and influencer ecosystems, with the ability to translate concepts across different platforms and formats.
  • Global experience: Experience working on global or multi-market accounts and the ability to develop ideas for diverse international audiences beyond a UK-only perspective.
  • Agency background: Experience within leading creative and/or social agencies, ideally combining strong traditional creative foundations with a modern, digital and social approach.
  • Award-worthy portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating original, high-impact creative work, with experience contributing to award-winning campaigns or work recognised by leading international creative festivals.
