We need a visionary who doesn’t just tick boxes but actively shapes the visual identity of every project while fostering a world-class post-production culture.

Job Functions

  • Platform-First Strategy: Optimize edits for diverse formats and aspect ratios across broadcast, digital, and social media.
  • Finishing Skills: Deliver professional-grade sound design, audio mixing, and confident color grading.
  • Motion & Graphics: Build animated sequences and titles using After Effects as a core toolkit.
  • Workflow Management: Maintain organized project files and robust asset libraries to ensure studio efficiency.
  • Dynamic Graphics: Create standalone animated films, kinetic typography, and graphic openers.
  • Brand Alignment: Ensure all motion output is system-driven and coherent with brand identity.

  • Tool Integration: Adopt AI workflows to boost efficiency and creative quality.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Champion new tech and inspire curiosity across the studio.
  • Mentorship: Lead junior editors through constructive feedback and craft development.
  • Creative Partnership: Align with Directors to execute vision at the highest level.
  • Strategy & Standards: Influence pitches and define studio-wide production benchmarks.

Skills Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional editing experience at a production company, creative studio, or agency
  • Exceptional editing skills with a strong portfolio spanning long-form documentary, campaign content, and social media
  • Expert-level proficiency in DaVinci Resolve
  • Strong After Effects skills — confident building animated titles, motion graphics, and compositing
  • Solid sound design capability, including audio mixing and music editing
  • Experience with colour grading — able to produce polished grades independently and brief colourists with clarity
  • Organised, process-driven approach to post-production workflows and project management
  • Collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
  • A genuine enthusiasm for AI tools in the video and motion design space — currently experimenting and staying ahead
