Mission

We are looking for a proactive and strategic Influencer Manager with a passion for building high-impact campaigns and authentic creator relationships. In this role, you will help to evolve our influencer strategies, bringing campaigns to life through sophisticated collaborations and data-driven insights. You have a razor‑sharp eye for what makes a partnership stand out and the commercial confidence to pitch and execute ideas at the speed of culture. You are motivated to turn your vision into reality for some of our most prestigious clients, acting as the bridge between talent and our internal teams. You will be instrumental in shaping the online presence and cultural influence of major brands across the many different sectors. As a key member of the team, you will lead the end‑to‑end management of influencer campaigns and creator partnerships while playing a pivotal role in the agency’s growth. You will be responsible for everything from initial discovery and strategic planning to execution and performance analysis. Beyond day‑to‑day delivery, you will actively contribute to the strategic roadmap and high‑stakes pitching process, crafting compelling influencer‑led responses to briefs that win new business and expand existing client remits. This role requires a blend of creative storytelling, data‑driven strategy, and the commercial confidence to present "the next big thing" to prospective clients.

Job Functions

  • Strategy & Campaign Management
    • End‑to‑End Execution: Lead influencer campaigns from proposal, discovery, vetting, and negotiation through to activation, content approvals, publishing, and post‑campaign reporting.
    • Strategic Planning: Develop data‑driven influencer marketing plans by gathering audience and market insights. Partner with Strategy and Insights teams to deliver recommendations and post‑campaign analyses.
    • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the trusted day‑to‑day contact for clients; confidently challenge briefs, manage expectations, and ensure all deliverables are on time and within scope.
    • Cross‑Functional Integration: Partner with Paid Social, Creative, Strategy, and Community Management teams to seamlessly integrate influencer assets into wider media plans, optimise content amplification, and ensure operational excellence.
    • Pitch Support & Development: Assist in the creation of pitch‑winning proposals by developing innovative influencer strategies, identifying talent prospects, and visualising how creators can solve specific client challenges.
  • Creator Relations & Community Engagement
    • Relationship Building: Nurture a deep network within the influencer ecosystem, including creators, talent agents, and platform partners.
    • Content Oversight: Review creator content to ensure it meets brand, legal and compliance standards while remaining creatively impactful.
    • Trend Reactivity: Capitalise on emerging cultural trends to deploy reactive content.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Professional Experience: 3+ years of hands‑on experience in influencer marketing, ideally within an agency environment or a fast‑paced in‑house brand team.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Deep understanding of the creator economy, platform algorithms, usage rights and social media trends.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience using influencer management and insights platforms to inform strategy and demonstrate ROI.
  • Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional ability to present ideas, negotiate contracts and manage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns, timelines and budgets simultaneously with high attention to detail.

Personal Attributes

  • Proactive & Adaptable: A self‑starter who can navigate shifting priorities and fast‑changing digital landscapes.
  • Strategic & Results‑Oriented: A thinker who translates creative ideas into actionable, measurable outcomes.

If you are kind, collaborative and driven by excellence, you will thrive here. We work without silos or egos, we give sharp feedback, and we execute with precision towards shared goals. If you take ownership of your decisions, your performance and your results, this is your place.
