As a Global Advocacy & Social Strategist at SAMY, you’ll lead the development of Social Advocacy strategies across Social, Influencer Marketing and Social Commerce, helping global brands strengthen their influence, relevance and impact. You’ll connect data, insights, creativity and emerging trends to develop innovative strategies, working closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams to turn social opportunities into measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead global Social Advocacy strategies across Social, Influencer Marketing, and Social Commerce, ensuring alignment with brand and business objectives.
  • Define data-driven performance frameworks, KPIs, and measurement approaches to evaluate the impact of Social Advocacy initiatives and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Identify emerging trends, platforms, creator ecosystems, and content formats, translating them into innovative strategies that increase influence, share of voice, engagement, and commercial impact.
  • Develop strategic recommendations and action plans for clients, working closely with internal teams, agencies, creators, platforms, and other external partners.
  • Partner with Account Directors and cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities and translate business challenges into impactful Social Advocacy solutions.
  • Integrate strategy and creativity across the Group's brands, ensuring that social and advocacy strategies are culturally relevant, innovative, and actionable.
  • Lead strategic and innovation projects, introducing new approaches, methodologies, and best practices across Social Advocacy.
  • Support and guide multidisciplinary teams, sharing expertise and developing capabilities across Social, Influencer Marketing, and Social Commerce.
  • Stay ahead of industry developments, consumer behaviours, creator trends, and emerging platforms, bringing fresh perspectives and best practices into global strategies.

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience developing Social, Advocacy, Influencer Marketing, or Social Strategy for large accounts and brands.
  • Proven experience translating business and brand objectives into data-driven social and advocacy strategies.
  • Strong understanding of Social Advocacy as a discipline, including Social, Influencer Marketing, Creator Marketing, and Social Commerce.
  • Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and managing senior stakeholders, clients, agencies, and external partners.
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data and insights into actionable recommendations.
  • High level of creativity, adaptability, and curiosity, with a strong understanding of emerging social and cultural trends.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Languages: Native Spanish and English full working proficiency (verbal and written).
