As an Event Producer at SAMY, you will be responsible for creating and executing impactful, culture-driven experiences that connect brands with audiences in meaningful ways. You will transform strategic insights and client objectives into innovative event concepts and seamless productions across live, hybrid, and social-first environments. Working closely with strategy, account, creative, and production teams, you will deliver high-quality experiences that are culturally relevant, operationally flawless, and designed to drive engagement, brand impact, and audience connection.

Key Responsibilities

  • Independently create project planning.
  • Monitor the project budget and make decisions appropriate for the budget.
  • Compose the best possible team for every shoot day, both payroll and freelance.
  • Ensure the production is executed in a timely and smooth manner.
  • Continuously check on project progress (both on timing and budget) and communicate (both internally and externally) about this progress.
  • Check the quality of produced content and when needed ensure it is in line with the creative concept.
  • Build up your knowledge regarding technical skills, latest trends and features.
  • Simultaneously manage and coordinate multiple projects.
  • Continuously improve the project: implement previous learnings and come up with ways to further develop the projects.
  • Give guidance to interns and juniors regarding day-to-day tasks.

Skills and Experience

  • Extensive experience (+/-5 years) in event production, experiential marketing, or live brand activations, preferably within an agency or creative environment.
  • Experience managing timelines, production logistics, suppliers, and budgets.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple productions simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, working closely with clients, suppliers, talent, and internal teams.
  • Good understanding of social, cultural, and experiential trends to help create engaging brand experiences.
  • Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
