What you will do: Provide regular reports on market and media data, delivering insights for both clients and the agency. Monitor social media using relevant social listening tools. Conduct secondary research to provide broader context and deeper insights for clients and the agency. Present findings to internal teams and clients. Develop applications and bots to enhance value for clients and the agency. Provide technological support for clients. Requirements Experience: 0-2 years. Academic Background: Market Research, Consumer Behavior, Social Media Analytics, Psychology, Quantitative Studies, or Business. Skills & Competencies: Strong ability to interpret data, visualize insights, and prepare reports. Good understanding of and interest in social listening tools. Solid problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills (oral and written). Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and methodologies. Proactive mindset with a willingness to master new insights tools and technologies. Strong collaborative approach. Genuine interest in research, data, and human behavior. High attention to detail in data analysis and report preparation. Technical Skills: Knowledge of R, SQL, or Python is a plus.
