Role Mission
We are looking for a Project Manager to join our UK team, working specifically on one of the world’s biggest beauty brands. You will lead the end-to-end management and delivery of social, digital, and integrated campaigns — keeping multiple workstreams moving, teams aligned, and deadlines hit.

Key responsibilities:

  • Own day-to-day operational tasks, including supporting campaign setup and managing fulfilment orders with third-party agencies.
  • Support the implementation and delivery of campaigns using dedicated campaign management tools.
  • Coordinate internal teams and keep multiple workstreams on track, ensuring smooth and timely delivery across the account.
  • Take ownership of quality control, ensuring all work is accurate and delivered to a high standard.
  • Troubleshoot issues with SAMY’s internal community management team, as well as technology and fulfilment providers such as Skeepers and Linney, where required.
  • Manage day-to-day back-office communication with relevant agency partners.
  • Build confident and friendly working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, acting as a reliable point of contact for day-to-day delivery.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working, contributing to more efficient and effective delivery across the account.

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in project management within an agency, media, or digital marketing environment, with a strong understanding of campaign delivery.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience in social and influencer management, preferably including ambassador groups or advocacy programmes, alongside a broader understanding of digital marketing, paid media, and campaign delivery.
  • Experience with influencer management tools such as Traackr is preferred.

What You’ll Bring:

  • A meticulous approach to your work, with a strong focus on quality and accuracy, and a willingness to take ownership of delivery and outcomes.
  • A proactive approach to challenges, anticipating potential issues, taking initiative, and identifying practical and effective solutions.
  • Clear and effective communication, particularly when translating client needs into internal briefs, with the confidence to ask questions, challenge when needed, and make informed decisions with clients and senior stakeholders.
  • A collaborative approach to building strong relationships and trust with clients and internal teams, working effectively across creative, media, production, and influencer teams.
  • The ability to remain composed under pressure, adapt to changing priorities and tight deadlines, and respond constructively to setbacks and challenging feedback.

Benefits:

  • Flexible schedule, hybrid work, and the opportunity to work up to 3 weeks a year from any SAMY office around the world.
  • Celebrate your birthday with a day off, plus company holidays on December 24th and 31st to recharge.
  • Global mobility opportunities, mentorship, parenthood support, and a transparent performance-driven compensation framework.
  • Help shape our team through our referral program and enjoy a collaborative, social culture.
  • Unlimited holidays to recharge, and health coverage through MediCash.

At SAMY, difference is not something we accommodate, it's what makes us stronger. We are committed to creating an inclusive, accessible, and barrier-free environment where everyone feels seen, heard, and empowered to thrive.
