Mission

We are looking for a proactive Growth Manager to join our team, focusing on pitch management and client growth.

This role is ideal for someone with hands-on digital marketing experience in managing agency pitches and a strong understanding of the client acquisition and upselling.

  • Job functions
  • Manage and oversee pitch opportunities from start to finish, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare compelling pitch materials tailored to client needs and goals.
  • Engage with agency partners and internal accounts teams to maintain strong relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Upsell clients where appropriate, leveraging knowledge of client objectives, services and campaign potential.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to inform pitch strategies and approaches.
  • Maintain accurate records of pitches, opportunities and outcomes in internal systems.
