As a Process Manager, you help production run safely, smoothly and efficiently every day. You will manage projects from initial product concept through to launch, ensuring all products are safe, legal, high quality and delivered in line with customer and business requirements. This is a hands-on role, combining factory-based activity with project management and stakeholder engagement, and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced chilled food manufacturing environment.

12 month Fixed Term Contract

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Technical Development process from concept to post-launch review.
  • Allocate and manage resources across multiple development projects.
  • Create, manage and track critical paths for all product launches.
  • Ensure all products meet safety, legal, quality and customer code of practice requirements.
  • Act as a key technical contact for internal stakeholders, customers and external suppliers.
