b Overview /b p In this role you drive the performance of our bakery operations, coordinating people, resources and activities to deliver safe, efficient, on-time and profitable production. You will lead by example within a cross-functional team, champion continuous improvement, and use data to identify trends and opportunities. You’ll shape operational excellence across safety, quality and cost while supporting audits and maintaining inspection readiness.
