In this role as SHE Manager, you will lead the site’s SHE agenda, ensuring that safety, health, and environmental standards are not only met but embedded into our workplace culture. You will provide technical guidance, drive proactive measures, and engage stakeholders at all levels to achieve best-in-class SHE performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set and deliver against SHE objectives and targets.
- Ensure compliance with statutory obligations and industry best practices.
- Lead incident investigations and oversee corrective actions.
- Work closely with senior management and operational teams to foster a culture of safety and sustainability.
- Maintain strong relationships with external regulators and stakeholders.

- Proactive, collaborative, confident, and results-driven.
