The Opportunity
We’re looking for a passionate and creative Senior Product Development Manager to lead the delivery of innovative, commercially successful meals and sides aligned with our growth strategy. You will oversee projects from concept to launch across two manufacturing sites, influencing product ranges and market presence across the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the NPD team and coordinate projects from concept through to launch
- Manage the customer critical path, ensuring alignment with Commercial, Category, Technical, and Procurement teams
- Deliver market-leading food presentations with support from Chefs and Technologists
- Contribute to long-term category strategy through trend analysis
- Develop and mentor a high-performing team with clear PDPs and objectives
The Ideal Candidate

- Experience in food manufacturing in an NPD role
